Making A Purchase
You can buy on line here on our website or you can order off line by phone, email or post.
Buying on line is very simple, just browse our shop, and click on the 'click to buy' button of any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few essential details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
Currently on this website we only offer shipping within the UK. For international orders please contact us for a quotation via email.
Methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard & Debit cards, Pro-forma invoice and for public bodies Payment on account.
Shipping And Handling
Cost of shipping is dynamically calculated during the order process. If you want to know how much the shipping charges are for an order just order as normal and before you submit your order the shipping charge will be shown. You are not committing to an order until you click ‘Place Order’.
OfficeMod is made to order, time from order to delivery is generally approximately 4 weeks. On rare occasions there may be some items which have a longer lead time, so if you have a deadline, please let us know before you order so that we can make sure you have everything you need in time. If you are in a hurry we can usually meet shorter delivery schedules provided you let us know before you order. If you are ordering online and any items will be more than 4 weeks we will contact you to let you know and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
Online credit and debit card payments are handled by our nominated payment services provider Wix Payments, we do not have access to or store any specific card details.
OfficeMod is warranted for a period of 5 years from date of purchase against material and manufacturing defects. Damage due to accident, vandalism, misuse, incorrect storage or installation, normal wear and tear or use not in accordance with product instructions is not covered by any warranty.
OfficeMod is manufactured from high quality birch plywood which is a natural product. Differences in colour and grain pattern are a natural and normal feature of the material.
This bit's really important! We make OfficeMod to your order so unless we have sent you the wrong item(s), they are damaged by our courier or are defective in some other way we don't normally accept returns. Having said this, we will do our utmost to ensure your order is exactly what you need and if we spot any inconsistencies in what you have ordered, we will double check with you before proceeding with manufacture. Rest assured, we want you to be delighted with your new office and will do all we can to make sure you are!
If, unfortunately, you do need to return any goods to us, you must contact us so that we can issue you with a returns number. All returned goods must be returned in suitable packaging and in the condition that you received them from us in. The packaging must be clearly marked with the returns number. We will not accept returned goods which have not been authorised by us and do not have an authorised returns number. Refunds will only be given when we have received the goods. If you wish to return any goods (other than under manufacturers warranty) you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving them.
We accept no liability for consequential losses, damages or expense arising from supply, use, delays in delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered or supplied. Any refund shall not exceed the price of the goods.
